REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
HVAC - REPLACEMENT OF SCHOOL'S HVAC SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT: 21C is currently requesting proposals from HVAC providers for comprehensive replacement of the school’s HVAC systems and equipment located at 1440 E 35th Ave., Gary, IN, 46409. The selected vendor will be responsible for removing the equipment to be replaced, installing or repairing associated infrastructure (valves, actuators, etc.), installing newer generation equipment and controls, testing the newly installed equipment, and providing any additional labor or materials necessary for the successful completion of the project. An in-person pre-bid meeting will take place on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM (CT) at 1440 E. 35th Ave., Gary, IN 46409
STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: 21st Century Charter School @ Gary, a GEO Academies school, (School) now invites the submission of sealed proposals from reputable and qualified bus transportation companies to provide student transportation services beginning July 1, 2025. Proposers may obtain proposal, certification, conditions, and specifications forms and request for proposal (RFP) information online on the School website via the Contact Us page @ Contact - 21st Century Charter School @ Gary | Network of Successful Charter Schools.
